If your anything like me, I grew up on juice, soda, kool aid or just plain old sugary drinks. Water wasn't important in my household. Even in my 40's I didn't implement water into my daily diet until I started thinking more about my health and what all this sugary liquid sludge was doing to me. Back on my 30's I stopped drinking juices with high fructose corn syrup and I guess that was the beginning of me drinking smarter, but there was still all the sugar and let's not forget all the unhealthy food we consume washing it down with sugary liquids. Well now all I drink is water and no sugar at all. I just dont think of it. Sugar after 40 in most women lands in the Tummy, hip and butt area turning into fat. Lets not talk about night sweats and hot flashes. What's even worse is we only think of water as something that cool our bodies, keep us hydrated and to take safely with meds. What we fail to realize is that water is a cleaning agent. We clean our dishes, floors, cars, clothes, hair, everything with water. If you don't clean things imagine how dirty everything would be and you can't clean anything without the main, basic ingredient, water. Water Is a cleaning agent used to wash the inside of our bodies. I am constantly focused on my water intake to make sure I am cleaning the inside of my body Especially after cup of coffee or an occasional cocktail, I make sure to flush out my system with with the best cleaning agent on the world, water!
